We will need your complete street address.

Registration forms are available HERE, at church, just ask an usher for help, or in the rectory vestibule. Once complete, please return your form to the parish office by placing it in the collection basket, through the mail or by dropping it off at the Parish Office.

The Parish Office is located in the rectory, on the corner of Kimberton and E. Seven Stars Rd.
