Saint Basil the Great School is a school for Grades Pre-K through 8 located in Kimberton, PA. St. Basil’s provides a quality Catholic education for students from Pre-K through Eighth Grade. Our mission is to prepare our students to live a life of Christian values. Our academic success is validated by our Terra Nova scores, which are among the best in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and our graduates’ achievements in high school and beyond. The motto on our emblem - Pray, Work, Study, and Play - are our guiding principles each day.

The original section of our school building was built in 1967; an addition was added in 1992. Classrooms, the school nurse, and the faculty lunch room are located in the original section of the school. The school addition houses administrative offices, Pre-K classes, library, computer lab, the Chester County Intermediate Unit classrooms, the Director of Religious Education, and a school hall where music classes are held. The gymnasium is located adjacent to the school and serves as a cafeteria.
