Safe Environment Program

All volunteers and staff who have regular contact with children (defined as at least once a week) are required to complete clearances which include:

• PA State Police Criminal Record Check

• PA Department of Public Welfare Child Abuse Clearance Check

• Background Checks PDE Act 2011-24 form.pdf

• Archdiocesan Safe Environment Training
   

• Archdiocesan Technology Addendum

The Archdiocesan Technology Addendum is required for those who completed Safe Environment Training prior to Fall of 2011. For the Addendum, contact Amy Sands, Safe Environment Facilitator, at 610-935-1261 or YouthMinistry@StBasils.org.
