THE #1 THING TO DO IN MAGGIE VALLEY??? After an inpromptu visit we think so! We were driving by Dale’s Wheels Through Time on the way to Soco Falls and decided to stop and let me tell you: BEST DECISION EVER. This place is yuuuuuuuge! 38,000 square feet of museum space showcasing motorcycles dating back to the early 1900s. It is easily one of the most impressive collections we have ever seen. They have over 400 rare bikes and an impressive car collection too! Best part, rumor has it, they all run! The staff started up several just for us so we could hear the rumblings of a bygone era — MIND BLOWN! They’ve got a 1909 Wagner, Henderson Endurance Racers, Knuckleheads, a Chopper Graveyard and lots of exhibits including old military Harley Davidsons! AND THE MEMORABILIA…OMG!!! It is almost overwhelming how many cool signs, posters, toys, and merch they have. This really is such a great gem right off the highway in Maggie Valley…if you’re headed in that direction STOP.
